Nigeria Complete Stunning Comeback Against Brazil

Nigeria produced one of the greatest comebacks in Olympic football history by defeating Brazil 4-3 after extra time to reach the Olympic final. Facing a star-studded Brazilian side featuring Ronaldo, Rivaldo, Bebeto and Roberto Carlos, Nigeria looked destined for elimination after falling 3-1 behind before half-time. But after Victor Ikpeba reduced the deficit, Nwankwo Kanu produced two unforgettable moments of brilliance. His dramatic 90th-minute equaliser forced extra time, and just four minutes after the restart he completed the comeback with a golden goal that sent Nigeria into the final.
